It’s time to make cookies! *happy dance*
I have gathered and prepared NINE different recipes for holiday cookies that I am excited to share with you at this event. The cookies are $10/each batch and make at least 40 small cookies. Several of the recipes can be customized to add variety or accommodate personal preference. Each cookie is pictured below with all these details explained in the caption.
As you prepare your order for this event, it is important to know that each attendee will need their own mixer – either hand mixer with a large bowl or stand mixer – with the beaters/paddle attachment AND a set of measuring cups. If you want to come but do not have/cannot borrow a mixer, message me. There are always solutions to cookie problems.
If possible, you may appreciate bringing a large spatula and a dough scraper but these are optional as I have plenty of medium spatulas and butter knives that can also do the job.
I have two events currently available, Friday at 9AM and 6:30PM. Due to the need for electricity, these events will be capped at a lower attendance than usual. But because we all need cookies in our lives, if needed, I will add another event on Saturday at 9AM. There will be space for everyone! So invite friends!
The difficult decision you face now is whether you will need bulk cookies or myriad cookies. Quantity or variety? Or both?!?! It’s a tough question, I know, because who doesn’t need loads of all kinds of cookies all the time?
Good luck deciding!
Sugar Cookie
The perfect basic dough for all your creative juices. Icing is not included with this dough.
Quantity depends on size of cookies.
Mint Chocolate Checkerboard Cookie
This cookie is a slice-and-bake cookie with a green and black checkerboard design flavored with peppermint and cocoa powder, but it can be customized with alternate flavorings and food colors. Instead of green peppermint, you can try red strawberry, or blue almond. I will have multiple flavorings and colors available to choose from.
Makes 40 or more cookies depending on thickness of slices.
Raspberry Thumbprint Cookie
This delicate cookie can be customized with different jam flavors. The traditional flavors are raspberry and apricot but any flavor jam will work.
Makes 50 small cookies.
White Chocolate Cran-Pecan Cookie
These cookies can be frozen as dough balls or as a slab of dough that you cut into squares right before you bake them. Either way you choose, they look fancy and are full of flavor.

Molasses Cookie
This cookie will bring back memories of Christmases past but in a soft, chewy package.
Makes 45 small cookies
Peanut Blossom Cookie
If you love peanut butter, these cookies are for you! These cookies can be customized using different types of Hershey kisses, dark or milk chocolate, or using peanut butter cups. A heart shaped peanut butter cup on these cookies will spice up Valentine’s Day – provided you can keep from eating them all before then.
Makes 40 small cookies.
Salted Caramel Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies can be frozen as dough balls or as a slab of dough that you cut into squares right before you bake them. The caramel and sea salt toppings are a must and will make you go back for another. And another. And another.
Makes 50 small cookies.
Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookie
I grew up calling these Earthquake cookies because they crack and form faults of chocolate peeking out from behind the layer of powdered sugar.
Makes 40 small cookies.
Chocolate Cherry Cookie
Kids don’t always appreciate goodness which is why I thought these cookies were such a cruel joke when I was a kid. But I have grown older, gained wisdom, and I now know these are in fact a divine gift to mankind. A brownie-like base with a maraschino cherry hidden under a layer of chocolate fudge topping. Such a delicacy!
