Stuffed French Toast Casserole

This delicious breakfast tastes like dessert! Take it over the top by adding maple syrup and fruit or berries.

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Uncover casserole and pour egg mixture over the bread pieces making sure the cream cheese layer is not blocking the egg mixture from getting to the bottom layer of bread.

  2. Tilt the pan back and forth a bit to help the egg mixture evenly spread through the bread pieces.

  3. Replace plastic wrap (pressing it onto food removing as much air as possible), foil, and foil lid.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Bake in preheated oven set to 375°F for 45-60 minutes until browned and slightly crispy on top.

  7. Serve with fruit or syrup.
